Many matters can begin by phone, video, or secure document exchange. We explain any later in-person or signing requirements for your particular work.
What if several parishes or family members in different states are involved?
Describe the situation and the immediate task you need help with. We can identify the documents and local records to review and explain who the firm would represent.
What should I prepare for a consultation?
Start with a short description of your goal, the people and property involved, and any existing wills, trusts, or court papers. An incomplete file should not prevent you from asking what is needed next. We explain the proposed scope and fee before representation begins.
